About the studio:
Lauren Majarres Flamenco Studio is a flamenco dance studio that offers high quality flamenco tuition to all ages, genders and levels. We offer weekly group flamenco classes in Sydney’s Inner West, with levels ranging from absolute beginners through to advanced. Private classes are also available throughout the year, subject to availability.

Flamenco Classes Timetable 2025
Our classes will be resuming from Monday 03rd February!
Class Breaks:
Please note that our kids classes follow the school term schedule; however, our adults classes do not. Our adults classes run all year round with a long break at the end of the year plus additional small breaks throughout the year.
*Beginner (New Class) - For students with no prior flamenco training.
*Beginner 1 - For students with 1+ years of flamenco training.
*Beginner 2 - For students with 2+ years of flamenco training.
Class Fees:

Please be aware that all class fees are strictly non-refundable.
Regular Class Fees:
*Adults Classes: Class fees are invoiced per calendar month. Fees must be paid in full and in advance.
*Kids Classes: Class fees are invoiced per school term. Fees must be paid in full and in advance.

If you would like to attend our classes on a regular basis, we require all students to complete the online enrolment form below.
If you are unsure of which level to sign up to, we recommend emailing us (admin@laurenmajarres.com) or booking a free trial class to see which level would best suit.
FAQs
What do I wear to class?
For the first class please do not worry if you do not have the right gear. We recommend that you come along in comfortable active wear that will allow you to freely move and to bring along any dance shoes with a small heel e.g. character shoes. Alternatively, let us know your shoe size before coming to the class as we may have a spare pair in your size.
Once you have decided to continue with flamenco classes, you will eventually need to purchase flamenco shoes and a flamenco practise skirt. We recommend coming and trying out a class before purchasing flamenco wear as it can be a bit expensive.
Do we get to perform?
Yes! Every year LMFS presents its annual student concert at a local theatre. All students are welcomed & encouraged to perform. However, please note that it is not compulsory to perform in our annual show. It’s a great way to show family & friends what you have been learning throughout the year.
Can I come to observe the class to see what it would be like?
Of course! We definitely recommend coming along to watch a class, that way it will allow you to see what a our flamenco classes are all about.
